When pulling your Statements of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statements (PWS), it is important that they meet some basic criteria:
- Your Customer Point of Contact (could be the Contracting Officer or KO, End User, or any other stakeholder on the buying side) – including their name, phone, and email.
- Dollar values (estimated over entire project, at a minimum)
- Period of Performance
- Solution and scope write up – a detailed descriptions of the services performed, milestones, and any other important details. The longer the better. Sometimes it is helpful to include a Proposal if it is more detailed than the actual SOW/PWS. The more information you provide, the better GSA Focus can detail your Tech Proposal for GSA.
