Rejections have become more common in most GSA Departments. Where a Contracting Officer used to ask a few questions about your offer, some will now reject.

GSA Focus does everything possible to avoid rejection, but it is now unfortunately part of the process. We make the adjustments and quickly resubmit so little or no time is lost.

After resubmission, your offer review is normally picked up where left off, but not always. Sometimes a CO goes on a vacation or into training and things slow. Other times their workload is too much and they slow.
