Service – Disabled Veteran – Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set- Aside

For businesses that are 51% or more owned by a service-disabled veteran, a contracting officer may set aside acquisitions exceeding a certain dollar threshold for competition restricted to SDVOSB when the contracting officer has a reasonable expectation that offers will be received from two or more SDVOSBs and an award will be made at a fair market price.
