“GSA Focus added us $26.8M in revenue over 4 years” – Ted M., Cask

Can you sell products (or services) that are not on your GSA Contract?

The quick answer is NO – you can only sell items on your GSA Contract. This is why it makes sense to load your GSA Contract with a good amount of products, and to keep an eye out for patterns in Agency buying to learn what “holes” there are in your offering.

However, if you can sell supportive items as “open market” on a GSA Order if:

  1. The Agency Buyer allows for it
  2. All clauses of the GSA Contract are followed (TAA, etc.)
  3. The dollar amount does not exceed that of the GSA products
