To only view opportunities, you do not need an account on SAM.gov.
- Government Users: If you want to update or post notices, then yes you will need an account and the appropriate privileges.
- Non-Government Users: If you are interested in saving searches, following contract opportunities, requesting secure documents or signing up for an Interested Vendor List, you will need a login.gov account in SAM.gov .
