< 1 min read

A business or organization that is 51% owned by an individual who is Native American or a small business owned by a tribe, band, or nation may qualify as an IEE.

When there is a reasonable expectation that offers will be received from two or more responsible IEEs, procurement for supplies or services that has certain dollar value must be set aside exclusively for IEEs.

Regulatory reference: FAR subpart 19.7
