A FAS ID is the single sign-on credential GSA requires to reach its contractor systems, including eOffer, eMod and the FAS Sales Reporting Portal. Every Authorized Negotiator named on a GSA Schedule offer needs one. You create it yourself through the GSA contractor login, it is free, and it takes a few minutes.
As of 2021, every Authorized Negotiator is supposed to have a FAS ID in order to (1) access GSA eOffer System and (2) access the GSA sales reporting system.
Please set-up your FAS ID by completing the following:
- Please go to https://srp.fas.gsa.gov
- then select “Contractor Login” and complete the process.

What is a FAS ID? #
FAS stands for Federal Acquisition Service, the arm of GSA that runs the Schedules program. A FAS ID is the login GSA issues to contractor personnel so they can access eOffer, eMod and the Sales Reporting Portal. It is tied to a person, not to a company, and it uses multi-factor authentication.
How do you get a GSA FAS ID? #
Go to the GSA contractor login at srp.fas.gsa.gov, choose Contractor Login and follow the registration steps. You will verify your email address and set up multi-factor authentication. There is no fee and no approval queue on GSA’s side.
Is a FAS ID the same as an FSA ID? #
No, and the two are easy to confuse. A FAS ID is for federal contractors accessing GSA systems. An FSA ID is the Federal Student Aid login used for FAFSA applications. They are unrelated systems run by different agencies.
Who on my team needs a FAS ID? #
Every person listed as an Authorized Negotiator on your offer, plus whoever will file your quarterly sales reports after award. Each person needs their own credential; FAS IDs cannot be shared between employees.
