How does the GSA determine if a Company is a Small Business? #

The GSA uses the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Size Standards Chart – Found Here >>.

You must take a 3-year average of your Annual Revenue OR Number of Employees, and then cross-compare the figure to the chart.

The SBA also has a great SMB Size Standard Tool, which guides you through this process.
