For current GSA Schedule holders

Your GSA Schedule needs upkeep. We handle it.

Option renewals, contract modifications, adding and removing SINs, mass mods, 72a sales reporting, IFF remittance, TAA compliance and FCP catalog migration — managed by the same team that has been doing GSA work since 2006.

20 minutes. We look at your contract and tell you what is actually due and when. No obligation.

Do any of these sound familiar?

These are the six situations we get called about most. Each one has a deadline attached, and each one gets harder to fix the longer it sits.

My option period is coming up

Miss the window and the contract can lapse. Getting back on Schedule means a new offer from scratch.

What we do: track the dates, prepare the option package, and handle the CO's requests through award of the option.

I need to add or remove SINs

Selling outside your awarded SINs is a compliance problem. Missing SINs means bids you never even see.

What we do: map what you actually sell to the right SINs, build the mod, and carry it through review.

I missed the $100K sales minimum

Falling short of the minimum over the period gives GSA grounds to cancel at option time.

What we do: review your reported sales, find sales that belong on the Schedule but were never reported, and prepare your position before the option review.

I am behind on mass mods

Unaccepted mass mods stack up. Enough of them and your contract is out of compliance without you touching a thing.

What we do: work through the backlog, flag the ones that change your terms, and keep up with new ones as they are issued.

I have 72a or IFF reporting issues

Late or wrong reporting — and unpaid Industrial Funding Fee — is one of the fastest ways to draw scrutiny.

What we do: correct prior periods where it can be done, file going forward, and set a schedule so it stops slipping.

I need to migrate to the FCP catalog

The catalog platform is changing. A migration done wrong can leave your products mispriced or off GSA Advantage entirely.

What we do: prepare and validate the catalog data, run the migration, and confirm your listings are live and correct afterward.

If more than one applies, that is normal — these tend to pile up together, and a missed report is often what surfaces the rest. On the call we go through them in order of deadline, starting with whatever is closest.

Already have a consultant?

We take over existing contracts.

You do not need to have gotten your Schedule through us. We pick up contracts prepared by other firms or in-house all the time — we start by reading what is actually in your contract file.

Pricing depends on your contract: number of SINs, catalog size and how far behind things are. We quote after we look, not before.

Questions we get from Schedule holders

What happens if I miss my option period?
If the option is not exercised before the contract's end date, the contract expires. There is no renewal after the fact — getting back on Schedule means submitting a new offer and going through review again, which realistically takes months. If your option date is close, that is the thing to deal with first. If it has already passed, tell us on the call and we will be straight with you about whether anything can still be done.
Can you take over a contract another consultant set up?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We do not need the original firm's cooperation — everything we need is in your contract file and in eOffer/eMod. We start by reading the award documents and the mod history so we know what terms you are actually operating under, which is often not what the company believes it agreed to.
How fast can you fix a compliance issue?
It depends on the issue and, more often, on GSA's review queue — which we do not control. Preparing a straightforward mod is usually a matter of days on our side; how long the government takes after that varies. Reporting corrections are generally faster than anything requiring CO approval. On the call we will give you a realistic range for your specific situation rather than a number that sounds good.
