Working with GSA Focus FAQS
Over 7 years working day-to-day on Acquiring and Maintaining GSA Contracts of all Schedules. We work regularly with most of the GSA Contract Officers and know them very well on the professional level. Often times our relationship has made for a very smooth review process.
Expertise has spanned across a multitude of product and service types. We work to understand the industry and products/services of our clients, and perform a competitive analysis to establish a baseline for GSA Contract pricing, delivery, warranty, etc. This Analysis is used to prepare for pricing negotiations to make a strong case for companies receiving an award with the best pricing and terms possible, while remaining competitive.
We follow a standardized process while preparing all GSA offers, and following-through to award. We regularly adapt this process to the changing environment within the GSA, and requirement shifts to the offer documents.
Our procedures follow a strict and disciplined Project Management framework that we have developed and fine-tuned over the past 6 years. We continuously work on GSA Contract submissions, and know in real-time when new requirements are introduced. However, Clarifications and revisions are a normal part of the review process, as the CO will always have questions, and want to dive deeper into certain areas of the offer to suitably meet their internal due diligence requirements.
