# Submission

After all of your GSA offer documents are prepared, GSA Focus will upload them on your behalf. This will usually take 1-2 business days.

Once submitted, we will email you to let you know and offer a screen capture of the upload.

As your offer is under review I would suggest marketing as “GSA Pending” and if anyone asks then you can say that it is in the review process and if the [GSA Contract](https://www.gsascheduleservices.com/info/what-is-a-gsa-contract/) is needed any time soon an Agency buyer can make a request and it will be expedited.
