Our GSA Contract Services – The Process
We will email you an organized list of initial items we will need from you (Financials, Price List, Invoices, etc.). Once we have these, we will be able to prepare your full offer for GSA submission. GSA Focus completes everything we possibly can on your behalf.
We will perform a final quality check before submitting your offer to the GSA using their E-Offer system. Once the offer is submitted, it will usually go through an initial pass/fail review within the first month, then be assigned to a Contracting Officer for an in-depth review.
The GSA Contracting Officer will conduct an in-depth review of the offer documents, and will produce a clarification letter outlining (1) any follow-up questions they have about your company, and (2) any additional document requirements.
This step is a one hour phone conference between the GSA Contracting Officer, You , and GSA Focus to negotiate your GSA Discount and the major terms of the contract. We prepare you for this important step, so you will know how to navigate the process for best results.
We will prepare a final document outlining the Negotiated terms, and you will sign. Once this is in the hand of the GSA Contracting Officer, your GSA Contract will be awarded shortly. Once you are issued a GSA Number, you can do business under that number with federal customers.
GSA Focus will register your company in the GSA systems – GSAAdvantage!, GSA E-Library, GSA E-Buy, etc. These revolve around marketing to federal buyers through the GSA. GSA Focus is also available after award for any modifications to your contract you will need, such as price changes, additions, deletions, administrative changes, etc.
