Get Started

Your Project Manager will be a very experienced GSA Contract Consultant. They will gain an understanding of your business to discover which GSA Schedule fits your company best, how your pricing should be structured. We will retrieve GSA documentation and pull-together our professional templates, and email them to you for completion. Our GSA Consulting methods are built to make the process as simple as possible for our clients.
We will email you an organized list of initial items you will need to gather and complete. We then schedule a time to discuss the preparations in detail, so you understand how to complete each document. This will enable you to prepare your full offer for GSA submission to the E-Offer system. Our guidance provides a final document review before submission to safe-guard against rejection. We provide additional GSA Consulting services by the hour, if necessary.
The GSA Contracting Officer (CO) will conduct an in-depth review of the offer documents. If the offer passes the initial review, the CO will produce a clarification letter. This document outlines (1) any follow-up questions they have about your company, and (2) any additional document requirements. Negotiations are a phone conference call to negotiate your GSA Discount and the major terms of the contract. Our GSA Consulting will guide you through clarifications, and prepare you for Negotiations.
Once you are issued a GSA Number, you can do business under that number with federal customers. Your GSA E-Library page will be up and running in a day or two. Our GSA Consulting will provide you with instructions to register your company in the GSA systems – GSAAdvantage!, GSA E-Library (edits), GSA E-Buy, GSA Reverse Auctions, etc. These revolve around marketing to federal buyers through the GSA.
GSA Focus will prepare some copy for a GSA Contract page for your website, we release a Press Release on our Company Blog, prepare your GSA Seal, and send you a “GSA Contract Cheat Sheet” along with educational materials. Our GSA Consulting services are a long term resource for anything relating to your GSA Contract. GSA Focus is also available after award for GSA Contract Management, such as price changes, additions, deletions, administrative changes, etc.
