Regarding Recovery Act Purchases, most companies agree to participate without considering if Recovery Act dollars are spent by their primary areas of the federal market. Most companies probably participate for no other reason than “Why Not?”
There are resources out there, thanks to federal transparency, where you can research if Recovery Act dollars are likely to make it into your bank account, or not.
